GMCE GLOBAL TRADING, LLC is a small family company dedicated through the private enterprise system. All merchandise is produced in an environmentally sound manner and is made from high-quality natural materials by us in Mexico.

     WHOLESALE:

      • Buyer warrants all items purchased are for resale. Resale license and Credit Sheet are required.

      • Prices are FOB, Denver, CO and are subject to change without notice.

      • Minimum initial order must be at least $150.00.

      • We wil need to box the order to determine the weight for shipping charges. We can email the invoice the day we ship with US Mail or UPS whichever is cheapest.

      • Order by code number and please use item name. Please be as specific as possible. Most items are in stock and shipped in three working days.

      • Back orders are normally shipped in a few weeks.

      • Orders older than 90 days are automatically canceled.

      • Terms are COD or Visa/Master Card. Past due accounts subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month plus costs and fees incurred in collecting. Accounts 90 days overdue turned over to collection.

      • All returns, refusals and cancellations require authorization within 10 days of receipt of shipment or we reserve the right to refuse. No refunds are issued. For credit, all goods must be returned in same condition as received and in a timely fashion. Merchandise returned without prior authorization is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

      • You may receive your order in box with another company’s name. We would never ship your order in an inadequate package, but we are mindful that a used box is an unused tree and helps reduce costs. We hope you will agree that being responsible to the environment and saving money is more important than image in packaging.

      • In the unlikely event you receive damaged goods or have items missing, hold the original carton and merchandise, and call your UPS Office for inspection.

     

    We reserve the right to make our products available only to qualified resellers.

    Overview

    Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should mail your product to the address we will provide..

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    1. SHIPPING POLICY

    2. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Please review our policy carefully:

    To qualify for a return:

    • The request must be made within 20 calendar days of the delivery date.

    • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

    • The buyer must include an explanation for the return (e.g., size issue, color difference, or change of mind).

    2.2 Return Shipping Costs

    • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • GMCE Global Trading, LLC will refund only the product price once the returned item is received, inspected, and approved.

    2.3 Return Address

    Return shipping details will be provided once your return request is approved.
    Do not ship any item back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

    2.4 Inspection & Approval

    • Upon receipt, all returned items are inspected.

    • GMCE Global Trading, LLC reserves the right to refuse any return that:

      • Shows signs of wear, alteration, or damage

      • Is missing parts, tags, or packaging

      • Is returned after the 20-day return window

    • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after inspection.

    2.5 Non-Returnable Items

    Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

    • Clearance or discounted items

    3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

    If you receive a damaged or defective item:

    1. Contact info@gmceglobaltrading.com within 5 business days of delivery, we will always send pictures and videos of the product if necessary or requested by buyer before shipping.

    2. Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

    3. We will review your claim and may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund.

    Claims submitted after 20 days of delivery will not be accepted.


    4. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    GMCE Global Trading, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


    5. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

    For international orders, the same 20-day return policy applies. However, buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and import/export fees.
